    All products are sold in full cases only.

  • How do I obtain a Safety Data Sheet? (SDS)?

    Most Puritan products do not contain materials classified as hazardous under the provisions set forth in OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS), 29 CFR 1910.1200 and therefore do not require an SDS. However, for products that do require one, refer to the product page.   • How do I obtain a certificate of sterility or conformance?

    To obtain a certificate of sterility or conformance, please include the product number and lot number when you submit this form.

  • What are the lead times for your products?

  • What are your freight or shipping terms?

    Puritan has implemented a $25 drop ship fee per order; this fee helps offset costs while allowing us to meet and exceed our customer’s shipping expectations.
